Puppet Works Presents CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL WHO WOULDN'T RECYCLE

CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL WHO WOULDN'T RECYCLE is a show that explores recycling and its benefits through music, poetry and puppetry. It's the story about a boy named Christopher Michael who learns the value of recycling from a magical time traveling Recyclerbot named Rocky. Join Christopher Michael and Rocky on their rhythmical, magical and educational adventure that teaches the importance of recycling and reminds us all that everyone can make a difference. The new Puppet Works production performs on Saturday; March 19th, March 26th and April 2nd at 10:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. in the McMillin Theater at Theater Works. Tickets are only $7.00 / person and are on sale now!

CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL WHO WOULDN'T RECYCLE is a fun puppet show about recycling, conservation and the environment. It is geared toward children ages 3 - 6 and is a great introductory to the performing arts. The show is approximately 35 minutes and includes a talk back with our puppeteers about recycling, the puppets and the art of puppeteering. Puppet Works is also willing to work with schools and day care centers to create special performances during the week. The talented puppeteers include Jeremiah Clay Neal (Playwright and Puppeteer) and Louis Farber (Playwright and Puppeteer) both co-authored CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL WHO WOULDN'T RECYCLE. Jeremiah is a local professional playwright and songwriter. He is also the playwright of Puppet Works premiere Saving Santa and his published works include U:Bug:Me, a rock musical for family audiences, and The Kid Who Ran for President, based on a book by Dan Gutman. Louis is an actor, writer and the Artistic Director of Word Of Mouth Tour Company. He is a proud graduate of Arizona State University where he received his BA in Theatre. Louis has worked as an actor professionally all over the United States including Boston, Los Angeles, New York and Phoenix.

Tickets are now on sale both online at theaterworks.org and at the Peoria Center for the Performing Arts. The Box Office is open from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. daily and may be reached at 623-815-7930. CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL WHO WOULDN'T RECYCLE runs March 19th - April 2nd, with performances on Saturday mornings at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. Tickets are only $7.00 for adults and children (prices include service and processing fees). Theater Works is located in the Peoria Center for the Performing Arts (the theater with the copper roof) at 8355 W Peoria Avenue, Peoria.
