The Phoenix Theater Project is excited to bring their second full-length production to Minneapolis this October at the People's Center Theater. Stephen Dietz calls this 1996 drama a "comedy of suspicion" in which nothing is ever quite what it seems. Matthew's wife, Lisa, is having an affair with Adrian, a British theatre director. Or perhaps the affair is part of the play being rehearsed. Or perhaps Matthew has imagined all of it simply to have something to report to Frank, his therapist. And, finally, there is Cory-the mysterious woman whoseems to shadow the others-who brings the story to its surprising conclusion. Or does she? The audience itself plays the role of detective in this hilarious "relationship thriller" about love, lust and the power of deception.Directed by Matt Rein, with assistance from Ellen Fenster (director, Proof), and with a stellar cast including Amy Schweickhardt, Jim Pounds, John Middleton and Andy Kraft, The Phoenix Theater Projectbegins their second year of life with this exciting and thought provoking adventure.

Performances run November 4th through the 19th at the People's Center Theater located at 425 20th Avenue South Minneapolis, MN with tickets available for $15. Directed by Matt Rein, the cast includes Amy Schweickhardt, Jim Pounds, John Middleton, Andy Kraft and Ingrid Moss.
