"Winnie the Pooh!" is Christopher Robin's "fat little bear of very little brain" who would like to drift peacefully through life, humming tunes and stopping frequently to eat "a little something." However, when friend Piglet gets roped into Kanga's household and Kanga starts bathing him (with soap!) and forcing down spoonfuls of "Strengthening Medicine", Pooh flies to the rescue assisted by his friends Eeyore, Owl, and Rabbit, (along with Rabbit's countless relations). While Pooh's intentions are always the best, his passion for honey and condensed milk keeps getting him into trouble.

"Winnie the Pooh!" is produced by Anne Kelleher, directed by Nick Maddox, with set design by FHYT alum Danie Beamish. The cast includes: Logan Barrett as Winnie the Pooh and Amanda Azzarello, Summer Beckman, Skylar Daye, Devin Derr, Chris Disney, Nick Disney, Jorgianna Kasafouras, Haylee Klein, Katie Male, Lauren Moe, Patrick Moyse, Molly Stellino, Ryan Smith, Katie Van Deinse and Maddie Weisbach.

"Winnie the Pooh!" is the Youth Theater's second show of the 2010-2011 season and the directorial debut of Nick Maddox, (aka "Mushie", a nickname he got from his character "Mushnick" in Little Shop of Horrors). Nick is an alumnus of many youth productions here at FHYT. His credits include; Whowhatwhenwhyhow!, Back in the Saddle, Captain Preston; the Pirate Scourge, Cinderella, Little Shop of Horrors, Willie Wonka Jr. to name a few and he is also an alumnus of the dinner mystery fundraiser spectaculars, Pasta, Pistols, and Passion and Eat Drink and be Murdered. And while Nick is a fine actor, his passion lies in behind-the-scenes production work whether working on set design, lighting design, or manning the tech booth! Nick is currently a freshman student at ASU where he is majoring in Applied Computer Science.
