The Great Arizona Puppet Theater has announced its continuing holiday lineup for December 2012 and January 2013. Details below!
December 5-23"THE LEPRECHAUN AND THE REINDEER": In this heart-warming musical, Pat O'Flynn the leprechaun is having a wee bit of trouble with his magic so he travels all the way to the North Pole to look for a job. There he makes friends with a baby reindeer and the rest is history! Recommended for kindergarten-3rd grade.

"CINDERELLA": A beautiful girl, a wicked step-family, a fairy godmother, a handsome prince and transparent footwear all add up to true love, lots of laughs and happily-ever-after in this extremely popular version of the famous fairy tale performed with elegant hand puppets. This production won the UNIMA-USA award for Excellence in Puppetry. Recommended for preschool-4th grade. ADDITIONAL 2PM SHOWS WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 26-FRIDAY, DECEMBER 28.

"NEW YEAR'S PUPPET SLAM": Part of an ongoing series of puppet shows for grownups, the Slam brings together cutting-edge puppeteers presenting new short works. Outrageous, moving, bawdy, controversial -- expect the unexpected! FEATURING GUEST ARTIST DOUG STRICH FROM NEW YORK. AGES 18+. $10 if paid AT LEAST 24 HRS. IN ADVANCE, $12 day-of-show. 8:00pm both nights.

"CINDERELLA'S BALL": Dress up like a princess or prince for this very special event! After the 2pm performance of "Cinderella," stay for fun games, great activities, face painting and more! $10 includes both the show and the Ball. RESERVATIONS AND ADVANCE PAYMENT REQUIRED.
