The Bridge Initiative hosts Building Bridges, a gala celebration featuring performances, food/drink, a silent auction (items for bid include performing arts tickets, tickets to the Cactus Bowl, AZ State Park membership, Preferred Hotels vacation packages, jewelry, and more). The entertainment portion will feature dancers, singers, and excerpts from plays by Shakespeare, Sarah Ruhl, and Liz Duffy Adams, as well as an original short play by Larissa Brewington & Brenda Jean Foley, directed by Daniela Talarico. Funds raised will finance future Bridge Initiative programming, including a new play development workshop week in February. The gala will ake place at Helen K. Mason Performing Arts Center on Saturday, November 12th, 6:00-9:00 p.m. (entertainment to begin at 6:30 p.m.) Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the door. Children: 5-18: $10, Under 5: free
