Scottsdale Musical Theater Company has announced their choreographer for Cabaret will be Bill Hotaling. Bill hails from New York where he danced and taught at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway. He has choreographed numerous productions over the years including productions of Chicago and Pippin and has worked extensively with Bob Fosse protégé Chet Walker, who conceived and choreographed the 1999 Tony Award winning production of Fosse. Bill is the Founder and Artistic Director of Manhattan Dance Project, now in its 15th year of providing New York style dance workshops across the country and all over the world. He lives here in Phoenix with his wife Leah, a former Rockette dancer and their two sons. Bill and Leah own Conservatory of Dance, which is now the home base for SMTC for all rehearsals and auditions. Bill is excited to be able to work Cabaret into his very busy travel schedule and looks forward to bringing authentic Bob Fosse style to SMTC's production.
