The Brelby Theatre Company, located in Historic Downtown Glendale, is thrilled to present the tall tales of Edward Bloom, spun in the magical musical Big Fish.

Based on the celebrated novel by Daniel Wallace and the acclaimed film directed by Tim Burton, Big Fish tells the story of Edward Bloom, a traveling salesman who lives life to its fullest...and then some! Edward's incredible, larger-than-life stories thrill everyone around him - most of all, his devoted wife Sandra. But their son Will, about to have a child of his own, is determined to find the truth behind his father's epic tales. Overflowing with heart, humor and spectacular stagecraft, Big Fish is an extraordinary new Broadway musical that reminds us why we love going to the theatre - for an experience that's richer, funnier and BIGGER than life itself.

With direction by Shelby Maticic, music direction by Mary Plante, and choreography by Falin Ossipinsky, the beautiful songs by Andrew Lippa, and the whimsical book by John August will capture the hearts of audiences of all ages. "Big Fish is filled with magic and memories," says Maticic. "It touches on the often tumultuous journey of parents and children understanding one another into adulthood. Through stunning music and larger than life characters, we unravel what is truth and what is fiction about Edward's stories...and discover something beautiful in the tall tales that he weaves."

Big Fish features Nicholas Hambruch as Edward Bloom, Anand Khalsa as Will Bloom, Addison Bowman as Sandra Bloom, Jaelyn Brown as Josephine Bloom, Cyrus Hilding as Young Will, Krissy Johnson as The Witch, Kevin Fenderson as Karl the Giant, Brady Anderson as Amos, Mackenzie Morgan as Jenny Hill, Sarah Bary as The Girl in the Water, Noah Manumaleuga as Don Price, and Anthony Rozzen as Zacky Price.
