Manila, Philippines--The people behind "Echoes," the official publication of the University of the Philippines' (UP) Economics Society, are holding the second edition of ALA+ALA, a music gig that will feature homegrown acts from the UP Diliman campus as well as other musical artists.
The event, which aims to promote the local music community and raise funds for "Echoes," is set this Friday, November 10, at Mow's at Kowloon House Basement (20 Matalino St, Quezon City) starting at 7 p.m.
"Attach a memory to a piece of music, and you'll never forget it. Celebrate with us with good drinks, great company, and nostalgic beats. Enjoy this night with your friends and create new memories with us," says "Echoes" External Relations Officer Caren Espinosa.
The first edition of ALA+ALA was held exactly a year ago.
