The Avon Grove High School Theatre Department is excited to announce their production of The Wizard of Oz, featuring a special collaboration with students from both district elementary schools. This enchanting classic musical will be performed on Thursday, April 10 and Friday, April 11 at 7:00 PM, with additional performances on Saturday, April 12 at 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Performances will take place at the Avon Grove High School Auditorium, located at 10 Waltman Way, West Grove, PA. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students and seniors, and can be purchased in advance online or at the door. This production promises to captivate audiences as they follow Dorothy and her loyal dog, Toto, on their adventure through the magical land of Oz. Along the way, they’ll meet the Scarecrow, who longs for a brain, the Tin Man, who desires a heart, and the Cowardly Lion, who seeks courage—all in search of the Wizard who can grant their wishes. But together, they learn that the strength to achieve their dreams lies within themselves.
