Philadelphia Artists Collective (PAC) presents Tis Pity Shes a Whore by playwright John Ford. Imagine, if you can, Romeo & Juliet had been brother and sister. Their passion no less palpable, Giovanni and Annabella pursue their love in a world of Jacobean tragedy and decadence. Scandalizing and tantalizing audiences for over four centuries, this is a tale of passion and desire writ large - and the price we are willing to pay for love. Tis Pity Shes a Whore runs from March 28 to April 14, 2019 at Philadelphia Boys Choir (1336 Spring Garden Street). Tickets are available for $10 to $25 at www.philartistscollective.org or by calling (267) 521-2210. Please visit the website for the show schedule, as times vary by date.
