Outside the Frame: Voices From The Other America at Interact Theatre Company

InterAct has searched far and wide to bring together this first-time festival of presented works from regional and national artists that illuminate the richness and complexity of our contemporary world. In this age of ever revolving news headlines and 24-hour constant coverage, the personal narratives of the people whose lives are effected by "the big events" often fall out of the frame through which we view these stories and ourselves. The festival will showcase more than half a dozen acclaimed and engaging first person narratives that celebrate and challenge our American identity.
