Nuncrackers takes us back to Mt. Saint Helens’ convent where we find the Little Sisters of Hoboken preparing for a Christmas presentation of The Nutcracker, in the new public access cable television studio Reverend Mother (Adele Akin) built using the winnings from the Publishers Clearing House. However, as usually happens with the good sisters (played by Katharine Boettcher, Leslie Berra, Karen Himelrick, Kelsey Teegarden, Linda Slayton, and Lorelei McDaniel) things go horribly awry and the sisters, along with Father Virgil (Seth McCraw) and students from Mt. Saint Helens’ school, attempt to repair the televised Christmas program the only way they know how: through their faith and a few Broadway musical numbers! Nuncrackers is full of colorful characters, hilarious dialogue, and a non-stop sense of merriment: all wrapped up in a beautiful Christmas package that will delight the entire family.
The cast also features Will Lasley, Maddie Butler, Megan Butler, Graeme Cadaret, Jakob Reuter, Lydian Salerno, Emery Varn, and Ella Whatley.
