After the success of School Play in 2017 and Magdalene in 2018 Tribe of Fools is embarking on their third spring-time show, Clown Sex Ed. This hilarious new work will run February 7-17 at the Second Stage at the Adrienne, 2030 Sansom St. Tickets cost $15-$20 and are available online at at www.tribeoffools.org.
Clown Sex Ed is the brainchild of Tara Demmy who wanted to explore the misinformation that we all receive when we're given our sex ed talks. The show revolves around two clowns who are being given "the talk" by two nuns, two overzealous gym teachers and two parents who just want their kids to think that they're cool. Later the clowns try to enact what they're taught to varying degrees of failure.
The creative team for Clown Sex Ed is Tara Demmy, Lexa Grace and Zachary Chiero.
