Tickets must be purchased in person or over the phone to receive the free ticket. The promotion is not valid through internet sales.
The primary function of the Animal Food Bank of the Lehigh Valley is to provide pet food to low-income families. They currently feed over 6,000 pets a month. The food bank is in need specifically of dry cat food and pocket pet foods for pets such as hamsters, gerbils, fish and birds.
In addition to the food drive, every child in attendance will be given a free ticket to the Lehigh Valley Zoo. There will also be special giveaways for family-four packs and other novelties, courtesy of the zoo.
