State Theater Hosts THE GREAT GATSBY Screening 5/1 At Acopian Ballroom

A community partner in the Easton Area Public Library's BIG READ initiative for the second year, the State Theatre will host a screening of The Great Gatsby in the Acopian Ballroom on Friday, May 1st at 7:30 PM. The event is free.

The 1974 film version of F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel stars Robert Redford and Mia Farrow and won 2 Academy Awards, for Best Costume and Original Score.

This event is part of The BIG READ, an initiative of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with the Institute of Museum and Library Services and Arts Midwest.
