Students from the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts popped up at the 5th and South streets stage at 5:00pm this past Saturday, May 3, 2014 during South Street Spring Festival. Erika and Freddie were enjoying their afternoon when the dancers popped up around them "flash mob" style - and Freddie was led to the stage as an innocent bystander. What Erika didn't know was that the routine would end with the students down on one knee with Freddie dancing his way into her heart with the city's most exciting marriage proposal. She said yes and thousands of onlookers cheered on the happy couple.Videos
