Tony Winner Alan Cumming Headlines Bucks County Cabaret from Broadway Cares on Vimeo.

Stage and screen star Alan Cumming, a Tony Award winner for his unforgettable Broadway debut as the Emcee in the revival of Cabaret, will share his wit, charm and talents at this year's BUCKS COUNTY CABARET, a one-night-only concert produced by and benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The eclectic evening of popular songs and Broadway show tunes will be held tonight, October 19, 2013, at the historic Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope, PA.

Cumming just completed a critically acclaimed one-man version of Macbeth on Broadway and also has been nominated twice for an Emmy Award for his current role as Eli Gold on the hit CBS drama "The Good Wife."

"Alan's talent knows no boundaries," said Tom Viola, executive director of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. "He is a brilliant, unique and off-beat actor and entertainer. His creative energies cannot be confined in any one category or box. Whether on stage or in film, his ornery versatility and sly humor make him an electric and endearing presence, sure to please and, at the same time, startle his audience. We are delighted that he will be joining us in New Hope for another edition of BUCKS COUNTY CABARET. It will be superb evening for a community that, since the earliest days of the crisis, has offered consistent and compassionate support for those affected by HIV/AIDS."

The evening will begin with cocktails at 5pm, followed by a 6pm performance and live auction. An exclusive VIP reception with Cumming will be held after the performance.

VIP tickets start at $300; performance-only tickets start at $75. Tickets can be purchased at broadwaycares.org or by calling 212.840.0770, ext. 268.

Cumming, a native of Scotland, made his professional acting debut in Glasgow in 1985. He's appeared on Broadway in Cabaret, Design for Living, The Threepenny Opera and Macbeth. In addition to his work on The Good Wife, he appears opposite Lisa Kudrow in Showtime's Web Therapy and is the host ofMasterpiece Mystery on PBS. His eclectic film career has seen him appear in nearly four dozen movies, including the X-Men, Spy Kids, Flintstones andSmurfs franchises, as well as roles in many independent films. Among the many honors for his humanitarian work, earlier this year he received amfAR's Award of Courage for his long-term support of amfAR's lifesaving AIDS research programs.

Lance Horne will serve as the evening's music director.

Last year's sold-out BUCKS COUNTY CABARET featured Bebe Neuwirth and Malcolm Gets and raised a remarkable $162,100 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

BUCKS COUNTY CABARET is generously sponsored by The New York Times and United Airlines.

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS is one of the nation's leading industry-based, nonprofit AIDS fundraising and grant-making organizations.
