Trenton playwright Mark Violi's World War II drama Riding the Comet will enjoy its world premiere production at Actors' Net. A powerful drama about a French farmer and his two daughters helping a pair of American G.I.s elude the Nazis, Riding the Comet fictionalizes one of many real life events. "The comet line" was an actual secret escape route set up by the French Resistance to aid the allies. Violi's play offers vivid characters, and an unforgettable and violent surprise ending.
