The moving and meaningful "Diary of Anne Frank" is currently playing at The Media Theatre. It runs through February 16. Check out a first look below!
The set design for this production is a creation by Matthew Miller, with lighting by Troy Martin O' Shia. Costumes are designed by K. Whitney Rogers. Jesse Cline directs Wendy Kesselman's adaptation of Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett's original script.
Anastasia Korbal portrays Anne Frank, with two young actors portraying Peter van Daan (Austy Hicks and Owen Mannion). Paul Dake and Margaret DeAngelis are Mr. and Mrs. Frank, and daughter Margot is portrayed by Dana Gitlin.
Scott Langdon and Anne Connors play the roles of Mr. and Mrs. Van Daan. P. Brendan Mulvey is Dussell, and Terence Gleeson is Kraler with Sarah Lynn Dewey as Miep.
"Diary of Anne Frank" is the legendary play based on young Anne's journal written during the time of her family's hiding in a warehouse during WWII in Amsterdam.
