Tomorrow night, Thursday, PHIT House Team King Friday will be having their monthy West Philadelphia pay-what-you-can show at Studio 34. Since this is PHIT's first show since the disaster we will also be donating all the money we collect at the door to earthquake relief. A suggested donation is $5-$10. Remember, you donate - then you get a hour of great comedy (and it's BYOB). King Friday is hoping they can raise a lot of money from this show as well.

King Friday Presents: Happy Altagracia Day!
Thursday, January 21st, 2010 @ 10:00 p.m.
Studio 34 @ 4522 Baltimore Avenue, (West) Philadelphia, 19104

Finally, Saturday night ComedySportz Philadelphia will be donating a portion of the proceeds from both of their regular weekly shows to relief efforts in Haiti. Many of the great performers you've seen on PHIT's stage over the years are involved with ComedySportz. Go check out their show and do good at the same time...

ComedySportz
Saturday, January 23rd, 2010 @ 7:30 p.m. & 10:00 p.m.
The Playground @ The Adrienne, 2030 Sansom Street, (Center City) Philadelphia, 19103

Even in the best of circumstances, Haiti's in rough shape. A lot of people don't have access to running water, electricity, sanitation or health care. And now after an earthquake destroyed much of the infrastructure of its population center, it's pretty unimaginable to realize what these people are going through.

So please come out to one of the comedy shows that is supporting Haiti this week. Your money is going to go to a really great cause and will help people who really need it, plus you'll have the luxury of forgetting about all of that for an hour or two once you've paid.
The Biggest Shubin Week(s) Ever!

With so much happening over the TWO WEEKS we'll be producing shows at the end of this month, you're going to need to some time make decisions before you go online and buy tickets. In an effort to help you out here is our entire line-up for January 25-February 6th. Get into some of this shows now! PHIT will be taking a mid-winter hiatus after these performances to rest up and incubate some great new material before we return on March 22nd...
