Philadelphia's Hedgerow Theatre Presents CINDERALLA & CHARLOTTE'S WEB as Part of Children's Classics Series

Philadelphia's Hedgerow Theatre will present a children's series full of classics with a twist this winter and spring season.

It starts with CINDERALLA directed by Saundra Montijo on from January 16-February 21 at 11 am. In this show by Juliet Grey Kelsey, Cinderella meets her Prince thanks to help from a gardener in this musical version of the classic fairy tale.

From January 30-March 27 at 1:30 pm Hedgerow Theatre will presents SNOW WHITE AND THE LITTLE PEOPLE. Directed by Steve Carpenter and adapted by Juliet Grey Kelsey, little people from the audience help free Snow White from the spell cast by the Evil Queen.

CHARLOTTE'S WEB, the classic tale of friendship between Wilbur the Pig and Charlotte the Spider, will playing from March 6-April 17 at 11 am, the show will be directed by Steve Carpenter.

Mr. Scott THE MUSIC MAN returns to the Hedgerow stage for one show only on April 24 at 11 am. Mr. Scott returns to perform original action songs, stories of animal adventures, finger plays, puppets, and sing-alongs.

The Hedgerow Theatre features Children's Classics every Saturday. The shows include music and audience participation and that the end of the performance, audience members can greet the characters and enjoy juice and cookies in the lobby. Tickets are $9 for children and $11 for adults.
