Oyster Mill Playhouse is pleased to announce Funny Money, the first show of the 2013 season. Funny Money is a farce by Ray Cooney, who also wrote Oyster Mill Playhouse favorites, It Runs In The Family and Out Of Order.

Funny Money is about a mild-mannered accountant who accidentally picks up the wrong briefcase and discovers it is filled with lots of British pounds. Tired of the day-to-day grind, he decides to keep the money and immediately wants depart for points unknown. Will his wife go along with the plan? How does he keep the news away from his best friends? Throw in the police, an impatient taxi driver, and the briefcase's actual owner and an evening of hilarious theater is bound to ensue.

Funny Money runs January 25th - February 10th. Curtain is 8 PM Thursday, Friday, and
Saturday, and 2 PM Sunday. Tickets are $14.00 and go on sale January 2nd. Tickets can be purchased by calling the box office at (717)-737-6768 or through the website, www.oystermill.com.
