The Norristown NAACP Youth Council and Iron Age Theatre Present A Celebration of Black History
In Norristown: Juneteenth, to run June 19 from 11am to 2 pm

Beginning at The Centre Theater (208 DeKalb Street)
A Walking Tour of Downtown Norristown: including performances at each of seven stops of value to the Norristown African American Experience. Each tour last about an hour and there will be a series of tour throughout the day. (beginning roughly every 20 minutes)

Featuring Tiffany Joyner, Richard Bradford, Maurice Tucker, Walter DeShields, Mike Way, Seidah Hill Durante, Bob Weick. NAACP Youth Council tour guides round out the event. This is a free event but tour reservations are suggested.

Zummo's Hardware, Penn Street, The Old Montgomery County Prison, The County Courthouse, The first Abolitionist HQ, The Back Soldier Memorial....
