Kimmel Center Board of Directors Welcomes Four New Board Members 12/7

Kimmel Center Board of Directors Chairman Roland K. Bullard announced the addition of four new board members. They include: Dr. Keith Leaphart, founder and owner of The Leaphart Group LLC; Roman McDonald, president and co-founder of First Genesis Financial Group; Joseph Redling, CEO and chairman of the board of directors at NutriSystem; and Timothy Scheve, President and CEO of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC.

"The board is proud to welcome its newest members," said Kimmel Center Board Chairman Roland Bullard. "We look forward to working together in a spirit of collaboration and unwavering support for the arts as the Kimmel Center prepares for the inaugural Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts (PIFA), the first major city-wide arts festival with over 140 arts organizations creatively sparking the innovation of Paris on a worldwide stage."

Dr. Keith Leaphart is the founder and owner of The Leaphart Group LLC, a physical medicine and rehabilitation practice with locations in Philadelphia and Ardmore, Pa. Recently, Leaphart launched the "Man Up" initiative, which hopes to provide young men with the vision and skills necessary to become responsible fathers and role models for Philadelphia's youth. He also established Rainmakers Inc., a nonprofit committed to enhancing alliances among African-American professionals. Leaphart currently sits on the boards of directors at The Philadelphia Millions More Movement, Partnership for a Better Philadelphia, and Rainmakers Inc. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Thomas Jefferson University. Raised in the West Oak Lane section ofPhiladelphia, Leaphart has a B.S. degree in biology from Hampton University and a M.D. from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Concurrent with his time as a medical student, Leaphart earned his M.B.A from St. Joseph's University. He resides in the Overbrook Farms neighborhood of Philadelphia with his wife Lisa and son Jayden.

Roman McDonald is the president and co-founder of First Genesis Financial Group, a financial management firm dedicated to promoting and maintaining the wealth of its clients. Before forming First Genesis, McDonald worked as a senior managing associate with Creative Financial Group. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers and sits on the board of directors for the Mercy Catholic Medical Center, the Legacy of Love Foundation, and Greater Philadelphia Minority Business Strategic Alliance. An active member of the community, McDonald is
involved with several local charities including Variety - the Children's Charity of greater Philadelphia. McDonald earned a B.S. degree from Lehigh University. He is married to Dr. Elana O. McDonald and has two children, Roman Jr. and Ryan.

Joseph Redling is the CEO and chairman of the board of directors of NutriSystem. Prior to his work at NutriSystem, Redling worked at AOL, where he helped transition the company from a dial-up subscription model to a broadband-based, web-advertising business. Most recently, he served
as chairman and CEO of AOL international and president of AOL Paid Services. Before AOL, Redling spent 18 years in various management positions at Arnold Palmer Golf Management and Six Flags theme parks. Redling has held several leadership positions, including serving as the co-chairman of the Marketing Committee for the White House Conference on Tourism and as the chairman of the National Council of Travel Attractions. Redling earned a B.A. in business management from St. Peter's College in Jersey City, N.J.

Timothy Scheve is president and chief executive officer of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, a full service financial services firm providing comprehensive financial advice to individual, corporate and institutional clients. Scheve has over 25 years of experience and leadership in the securities industry. Since becoming president and CEO of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in 2007, he has spearheaded Janney's tremendous growth and leadership by ensuring the firm's professionals provide clients with an exceptional level of service and knowledgeable advice. Under his tenure Janney has grown its client base, successfully expanded existing relationships and opened several new regional offices. Prior to joining Janney, Mr. Scheve served as senior executive vice president at Legg Mason, as well as president and CEO of the former Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc., Legg Mason's broker-dealer, where he managed a division with approximately $1billion in revenue. Scheve has served on Janney Montgomery Scott's board of managers and as chairman of its Management Committee. He is also a member of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Pennsylvania Trust Company Board of Directors. He received his B.A. from Catholic University and M.A. from Brown University.
