The all-new production of JEKYLL & HYDE will make its Philadelphia premiere for a holiday engagement tonight, Dec. 26 - 30 at the Forrest Theatre. Tony Award nominee Constantine Maroulis will star in the title dual role of Dr. Henry Jekyll and Edward Hyde, alongside Grammy Award nominee and R&B superstar Deborah Cox as Lucy. The press opening will be tonight, Dec. 26 at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets ranging in price from $49.50 to $97 (includes $2 facility fee) are on sale now. Tickets can be purchased by calling 800-447-7400, online at telecharge.com or at the Forrest Theatre box office, 1114 Walnut Street (open daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Groups of 10 or more will receive discounts for select performances by calling 215-790-5883 or 866-276-2947. Performances include: Wednesday & Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m.; Friday & Saturday evening at 8 p.m.; Sunday evening at 6:30 p.m.; matinees Saturday at 2 p.m., Sunday at 1 p.m., and a weekday matinee on Thursday, Dec. 27 at 2 p.m.
Conceived for the stage by Tony and Grammy Award nominee Frank Wildhorn and Steve Cuden, the four time Tony Award Nominated musical JEKYLL & HYDE features a book & lyrics by two-time Oscar winner, Emmy winner and four-time Tony Award Nominee Leslie Bricusse, music by Frank Wildhorn, and will be directed and choreographed by Tony Award Nominee Jeff Calhoun.
