Hershey Area Playhouse Theatre Academy Announces 2014 Winter & Spring Classes

Hershey Area Playhouse Theatre Academy has announced that it will be offering acting classes for students in grades K-12 in an eight-week winter session and a six-week spring session. This year's winter session begins on January 18, 2014 and the following spring session will start on March 22.

Taught by instructors with experience in both theatre and education, winter classes will focus on developing students' overall acting skills. The youngest students will dive into character development while intermediate students and teens will learn more about story telling and improvisation, respectively. The spring session will focus on acting for visual media outlets such as film. Both sessions will culminate with an open house performance.
