Thanks to some generous support Totem Pole Playhouse has announced a free musical adventure for young audiences, Pirates and Zombies. The foundation has long stimulated innovative projects by providing charitable benefit to the community. Since its beginning in 1920 as The Harrisburg Foundation it has encouraged philanthropy and enhanced cultural and educational opportunities in South Central Pennsylvania.

What happens when a young hero runs away from home to join two pirates on their quest for the legendary Treasure of Zombie Island? Singing, dancing and an ocean of laughs, that's what. Artistic Director Ray Ficca says, "I am proud to be presenting theatre for young audiences here at Totem Pole. We want to make certain that every young person in our community has the opportunity to see live professional theatre." Join us for this high seas musical adventure!

Following the show the cast will be outside the theatre to sign autographs and take photos with our young audience members. Also the show program will have discounts for area businesses that patrons can enjoy after the show. So bring the family out for a morning of fun in the woods of Caledonia!

Pirates and Zombies is made possible by a generous grant from The Franklin County Foundation.

Mr. Ed's Elephant Museum and Ciao Bella serve as co-sponsors for Pirates and Zombies, which runs at 10:00 AM on July 9th, July 23rd and August 4th.
