Bristol Riverside Theatre takes the chill of winter out of the air with its heartwarming holiday concert An American Christmas Songbook, running December 7-17, 2017. Music director Keith Baker and the BRT Concert Band present traditional carols and new arrangements of popular holiday songs sung by BRT favorites Demetria Joyce Bailey, Philip Chaffin, Maggie Griffin-Smith, Luke Grooms, Amy Spencer, Keith Spencer, Dwayne Washington, and Tasha Waters.

Opening on Thursday, December 7 at 7:30 PM, performances are Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:00 PM, with Sunday matinees at 3 PM, matinees on Wednesday, December 13, Thursday, December 14, and Friday December 15 at 2:00 PM, and Saturday matinees on December 9 and December 16 at 2:00 PM. Tickets starting at $30 are available by visiting brtstage.org or calling the BRT Box Office at 215-785-0100. Bristol Riverside Theatre is located at 120 Radcliffe Street in Bristol, PA.

"BRT's An American Christmas Songbook has become as much of a Bucks County holiday tradition as The Nutcracker, building a December snowman, baking gingerbread cookies, or sipping hot cocoa by the fire," said BRT's Artistic Director Keith Baker.

BRT's Mainstage season continues with Time Stands Still by Donald Margulies on January 23-February 11, the Tony Award-winning blockbuster musical The Producers on March 6-April 1 and the farcical period-piece musical Triumph of Love on May 1-20.

Since 1986, BRT has continued to bring critically acclaimed professional theatre to Bucks County. The theatre is the recipient of over 68 Barrymore Award nominations for Excellence in Theatre, given annually by Theatre Philadelphia. Under the direction of Artistic Director Keith Baker and Founding Director Susan D. Atkinson, the theatre serves as a cultural hub for the community. In addition to its Mainstage productions, BRT offers four concerts including the holiday tradition An American Christmas Songbook, the new play development series America Rising, and the summer theater arts camp ArtRageous.
