Arden Theatre Company Delays Season Opening

Arden Theatre Company announced today that they will delay their 2015/16 Season by one week due to the papal visit. The World Meeting of Families and papal visit, scheduled from September 22 - 27, 2015, in Philadelphia, previously coincided with the Arden's preview dates for their Season Opener, Metamorphoses.

Arden Managing Director, Amy L. Murphy, says, "Our opening show, Metamorphoses, promises to be an extraordinary and visually stunning production. 60% of the Arden's ticket buyers live outside of Center City. We would hate for audience members to miss the show or face difficulties getting to and from the theatre during the week of the Pope's visit."

The first two shows of the Arden's season will be affected by the opening delay. The new dates are:
