Actors' NET of Bucks County will present William Shakespeare's AS YOU LIKE IT from April 20 – May 13, 2012 at The Heritage Center.
William Shakespeare's comedy about love and confusion in the Forest of Arden will enjoy a four-weekend run at the Heritage Center in Morrisville. A duke usurps his brother's land and power. The banished brother and his retinue take to the forest, as does his daughter, Rosalind, who disguises herself as a man. Although Rosalind is in love with Orlando, once disguised as a man, she attracts the romantic interest of a shepherdess – setting the stage for Elizabethan hijinks.
Cheryl Doyle directs the production starring Cat Miller, Chris Capitolo, Liane Golightly, and Aaron Wexler, with George Hartpences as "Jacques." The production is also featuring (alphabetically) James Cordingley, Margaret DeAngelis, Allison Deratzian, David Deratzian, Joe Doyle, DeLarme Landes, Julia Mitchell, Stuart Myles, Marco Newton, Evan O'Rourke, Dylan Ruggiero, John Wishnie, John Wolodzko and Stefania Zamparelli.
