Vincent Hooper Brings 'Here Today, Gone Tomorrow' to Ellington Jazz Club  Image

One of Australia's most exciting and versatile musical theatre talents, WAAPA grad (Music Theatre), Vincent Hooper (Avenue Q, Heathers, Rocky Horror) is premiering his brand new show at The Ellington.

An enigmatic performer, with an incredible range, 'Here Today, Gone Tomorrow' showcases Hooper's original music and vocal prowess, with a fusion of jazz, theatrics and showmanship.

Treat yourself to a night that celebrates dreamers, magic and enchanting music.

Some of Vincent's recent credits include Nicky, Trekkie Moster and Bad Idea Bear in Prince Moo's 'Avenue Q' at Her Majesty's in Melbourne and at Crown in Perth, the Australian tour of 'Heathers, the Musical', which closed at the Sydney Opera House, 'Thrill Me, The Leopold and Loeb Story' as Leopold, 'Song Contest; The Almost Eurovision Experience', and a new Australian musical 'Antarctica', at the Theatre royal in Hobart.

Vincent toured Australia in the GFO production of 'The Rocky Horror Show'.

He also toured 'The Rocky Horror Show' with TML ent. to Singapore, Korea and New Zealand, which regularly included show creator, Richard O'Brien.

Recently Vincent played Liam in 'Calendar Girls' at the Athenaeum Theatre, in Melbourne and is regularly touring with 'Australia's Boys of Motown' as the Frankie Valli plot.

Vincent recently played the UPS guy in APANs Legally Blonde at the Regal Theatre.

A WAAPA BA- Music Theatre grad, other professional credits include 'Dirty Rotten Scoundrels', 'Elegies; A Song Cycle', 'Loving Repeating', 'The Tempest', 'Hello Again', 'Putting it Together', 'The Barber of Seville', 'Blowing Whistles', 'Bison', 'Postnuptials', 'Milli Jack and the Dancing Cat', 'The Twink and the Showgirl', 'Stolen Treasures'.
