See the brand-new music video for 'Sonya Alone' from the immersive Broadway musical Natasha, Pierre, & the Great Comet of 1812. Starring actress Brittain Ashford, who plays Sonya in the show, the video features one of the show's most tender moments as the actress sings the moving, act two ballad.

Okieriete 'Oak' Onaodowan, best known for originating the roles of Hercules Mulligan and James Madison in Hamilton, will join the cast of the new Broadway musical NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 as 'Pierre' beginning July 3, 2017, starring alongside Denée Benton as 'Natasha.' Last night, NBC presented its annual CHRISTMAS IN ROCKEFELLER CENTER holiday special, featuring a performance of 'Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas' by  THE GREAT COMET OF 1812's Josh Groban.

THE GREAT COMET is a theatrical experience like no other. Malloy's inspired adaptation of a 70-page slice of War and Peace puts audiences just inches away from Tolstoy's brash young lovers, as they light up Moscow in an epic tale of romance and passion. BroadwayWorld was on hand for the big night, and you can check out interviews with the cast below!

The comet is coming! Created by Dave Malloy (Preludes, Ghost Quartet) and directed by Rachel Chavkin(Small Mouth Sounds, Preludes) -- making their Broadway debuts -- NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 will blaze into Broadway's Imperial Theatre (249 West 45th Street) beginning on October 18, with opening night set for Monday, November 14, 2016.

Lincoln Center Theater welcomes McKinley Belcher III, Khris Davis, Montego Glover, John Lavelle, and Clarke Peters to the stage in its production of The Royale, a new play by Marco Ramirez, directed by Rachel Chavkin, currently in previews at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater (150 West 65 Street). Opening night is Monday, March 7, and BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast onstage below!
