The Boston Symphony Orchestra will perform Philip Glass' new Symphony No. 15, Lincoln on Sunday, July 5 at 2:30 p.m. at Tanglewood, capping off the summer music festival's monumental four-day celebration of America's 250th anniversary.

I bought my tickets for this Jesus Christ Superstar the moment it was announced that Cynthia Erivo was leading the cast.  Before any other names were revealed, and before I'd figured out that I’d never been to the Hollywood Bowl and had no idea what I was getting myself into.
