Amanda Kloots stars in Fit For Christmas, the new CBS original holiday film, which she also co-created and executive produces. BroadwayWorld caught up with Kloots to discuss how the tragic loss of her husband, Nick Cordero, inspired her to create the film, why fitness should be a part of the holiday season, and if she would ever return to Broadway.

American Dance Machine for the 21st Century has released its next video, “The Best Things Happen When You’re Dancing” from the Broadway musical Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, with music and lyrics by Irving Berlin.

Amanda Kloots will star in and executive produce Fir for Christmas from writer and executive producer Anna White (“Christmas Wonderland”). The film follows the tale of Audrey, an enthusiastic Christmas-obsessed fitness instructor at a beloved, financially beleaguered community center in quaint Mistletoe, Montana.

It's that time of year again. 2021 is coming to a close and soon we will all be ringing in the new year. As a form of goodbye to this year, I am looking back at all the fun moments I've had that are related to theater and are now fond memories. I've seen so many shows with friends and family members, I've been to concerts with friends and I even met some actors. Here are my top five memories.

Amanda Kloots performed a contemporary dance to 'Live Your Life', a song that her late husband, Nick Cordero, wrote before he passed away. Cordero died of COVID-19 at the age of 40 in July of 2020. While he was in the hospital, Kloots would take to Instagram every day to dance to the song. Watch her performance on Dancing With The Stars now!

This week, Kloots and her dance partner Alan Bersten performed the Argentine Tango to “Paint It, Black” by Ciara for the theme of Horror Night. For the dance, Kloots was dressed as the character Jigsaw from the 'Saw' film franchise.
