Creede Repertory Theatre has announced Emily Van Fleet as the theatre's new Artistic Director. The company continues its momentum of an all-female executive team with Van Fleet joining Managing Director Morgan Manfredi in a dual leadership role beginning August 3rd. 

The Grand Prairie Arts Council is presenting “The Producers,” with music and lyrics by Mel Brooks and Glen Kelly, book by Mel Brooks and Thomas Meehan, and direction by Mallory Roelke. The show runs June 21 - 30 at the Uptown Theater. Check out photos here!

Josh Gad is set to produce and appear in the long-awaiting sequel to Mel Brooks' 1987 comedy Spaceballs, which is in development at Amazon MGM Studios. Brooks will return as a producer on the film. Multiple outlets have reported the news, following a tease from Gad on his Instagram last week.
