Marin Theatre Company has announced the four productions that will make up the company’s 2022/23 season. The 2022/23 season kicks off with David Greig’s acclaimed play, DUNSINANE (September 22 – October 16, 2022).

For the last several years more and more attention has been placed on The Black Lives Matter and Me-Too movements, woke language, microaggression, radical feminism, transgenderism, Critical Race Theory and aggression against Asians. They have become issues for laws, politics, education, media and the arts.

The play was developed by Brian Quijada as a musical autobiography sharing his experience as a first-generation Salvadoran American growing up in Chicago, Illinois. Quijada’s works are heavily influenced by his upbringing, his immigrant parents, and his continued search for identity.

CRUSH, a VR puppet play by Krista Knight, is one of the winners of the inaugural Broadway on Demand Film Festival, a short film festival created to honor the groundbreaking ways creators approach theatre in a digital age and socially-distant world. The award-winning short film will be streamed on the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences' Emmy OTT platform this fall.
