For Broadway fans looking for something to stream, March is a packed month! As Spring officially begins, several theater titles make their streaming debuts, including the blockbuster adaptation of Wicked, which hits Peacock on March 21 alongside the sing-along version.

Ahead of its streaming debut next month, Hulu has confirmed several guest stars who are set to appear in the sitcom Mid-Century Modern including Broadway alums Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Richard Kind, and Judd Hirsch.

Co-creator Max Mutchnick took to Instagram to share a moment from a rehearsal of Mid-Century Modern, also revealing that all ten episodes of the show are set to drop on Hulu on March 28.

Noah J. Ricketts has announced that he will be departing from The Great Gatsby on Broadway next month. Ricketts – who has also been seen on Broadway in Frozen and Beautiful: the Carole King Musical – will play his final performance as Nick Carraway.

Max Mutchnick, co-creator of Mid-Century Modern, took to Instagram on Friday to share how the late Linda Lavin will be written out of the new Hulu sitcom.

Nathan Lane stopped by Late Night With Seth Meyers to discuss his role in the new Netflix series Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story. On the show, he also talked about the recent Hollywood Bowl performance of The Lion King, which celebrated the 30th anniversary of the iconic animated film and provided an update on the imaginary Cicada, Cicada musical.

I mean, my influences growing up? I went through a phase of everything was jazz! And it had to be old-school jazz! When I was about twelve or thirteen, I went to a yard sale. I found this CD. It was actually a tape. Billie Holiday, Lena Horn, Sarah Vaughn, Ella Fitzgerald. I'd never heard of any of them, and I just poured over it and studied the nuances of their voices.

The Television Academy and ABC have announced the stars slated to appear on the 76th Emmy® Awards, hosted by Eugene Levy and Dan Levy. 

As previously reported, Tony Award-winning actor Nathan Lane and Golden-Globe-winning actor Matt Bomer will be co-starring in a new Hulu comedy inspired by the fan-favorite show The Golden Girls. Initially produced as just a pilot, Hulu has now given a series order to the show.

Sheryl Lee Ralph and Tony Hale will reveal the 76th Primetime Emmy Award nominations from the historic El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles. Nominees include Only Murders in the Building, The Gilded Age, The Morning Show, The Crown, and more.

With 15 nominations, FX’s The Bear was the most nominated series this year, followed by Max’s Hacks and Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building with 13 each. ABC’s Abbott Elementary and CBS’s Ghosts are tied for third place, with 11 nominations each.
