MIKE JUDGE’S BEAVIS & BUTT-HEAD stars the voices of creator Mike Judge (“King of the Hill”), Piotr Michael (Lightyear), as well as Chris Diamantopoulos (The Three Stooges), Kosha Patel (“The Newsroom”), Jayden Libran (“The Happytime Murders”), Mary Birdsong (“Succession”), Brian Huskey (“Veep”), Tru Valentino (“The Rookie”), and more.

The special will feature the original Emmy®-nominated “Reno 911!” cast, including Thomas Lennon, Robert Ben Garant, Kerri Kenney-Silver, Cedric Yarbrough, Carlos Alazraqui, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Niecy Nash, Mary Birdsong and Ian Roberts.

LA MIRADA THEATRE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS & McCOY RIGBY ENTERTAINMENT opened the first show of their 2021-2022 season, the West Coast premiere of the madcap murder mystery, CLUE.

Based on the well-known board game distributed in North America by Parker Brothers (which was later folded into toy and game manufacturer Hasbro) that itself inspired a cult 1985 Paramount Pictures film of the same name written and directed by Jonathan Lynn, CLUE--the stage play--features the same infamous names and, yes, weapons and rooms synonymous with the classic whodunnit game. Writer Sandy Rustin, along with additional writers Hunter Foster and Eric Price, have revived the same colorful characters and personalities of the film and have transposed them into a madcap, 90-minute puzzle that's mostly silly and engagingly fun. The comedy's West Coast Premiere production continues at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts through October 17, 2021.

Prolific director Casey Hushion steers a cast of Jeff Skowron, Heather Ayers, Ted Barton, Mary Birdsong, Sarah Hollis, John Shartzer, Cassie Simone, Harrison White, Rachel McLaughlan, Michael Cavinder, and James Tolbert. American Conservatory Theater Director of the Master of Fine Arts program Danyon Davis announced today that honorary Master of Fine Arts degrees will be conferred upon actress, director, and playwright Seret Scott and sound designer and composer Jake Rodriguez.

American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) Conservatory Director Melissa Smith announced today that honorary Master of Fine Arts degrees will be conferred upon playwright Lydia R. Diamond and Magic Theatre's outgoing artistic director Loretta Greco. Both recipients will receive their degrees at a virtual graduation ceremony for the A.C.T. Master of Fine Arts Program class of 2020 on Monday, May 18 at 12 p.m.

Quibi and Comedy Central Productions have announced additional castings for RENO 911! starring co-creators Robert Ben Garant, Thomas Lennon and Kerri Kenney-Silver. They are now joined by Niecy Nash, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Cedric Yarbrough, and Carlos Alazraqui. Ian Roberts, Joe LoTruglio and Mary Birdsong will all be featured.

The 2nd Annual Trump Family Special, an original musical comedy spoofing the First Family in a 'yuge' way has announced that film tv and Broadway comic force Mary Birdsong (Reno 911, Suspicion) has joined the cast for its Fringe Festival run June 7 - 9 and 13 - 16 at The Arena Stage at Theatre of Arts, 1625 N Las Palmas Ave, Hollywood 90028. The production is composed by Grammy nominated songwriter Tor Hyams and Broadway veteran Lisa St. Lou. The running time is a swift 65 minutes. www.trumpfamilyspecial.com
