Wake Up Dead Man, the next installment in the Knives Out franchise has officially begun production. Director Rian Johnson took to X/Twitter to announce the news on Monday, including a new look at Daniel Craig as Detective Benoit Blanc. Take a look at the photo here!

According to reports, Josh Brolin has become the latest actor to join the upcoming Knives Out installment, Wake Up Dead Man. He joins the previously announced Jeremy Renner, Mila Kunis, Daryl McCormack, Glenn Close, Kerry Washington, Josh O'Connor, Cailee Spaeny, and Andrew Scott. The details of their roles are being kept under wraps.

More casting has been announced for the highly anticipated third entry in the Knives Out franchise, which is set to begin production this summer. Newcomers include Jeremy Renner, Mila Kunis, and Daryl McCormack who join the previously announced Glenn Close, Kerry Washington, Josh O'Connor, Cailee Spaeny, Andrew Scott, and Daniel Craig, returning as fan-favorite detective Benoit Blanc.

The new season of Mayor of Kingstown, starring Jeremy Renner, will premiere June 2 on Paramount+. In season three, a series of explosions rock Kingstown and its citizens, as a new face of the Russian mob sets up shop in the city, and a drug war rages inside and outside prison walls. The pressure is on Mike McLusky (Renner) to end the war but things get complicated when a familiar face from his incarcerated past threatens to undermine the Mayor’s attempts to keep the peace among all factions.
