What do you do when your best friend, dying of cancer, asks you to help end his life? 'Act 39,' written by Rob Mermin, is the true story of what happened when Rob's friend decided to use Vermont's medical aid in dying law, known as Act 39. It is a soulful, humor-filled story of friendship, and exposes the vulnerability of the human spirit when facing mortality head-on.

The Fled Collective will present its second season at Tribeca's Flea Theater as the organization's Key Resident Company-a reparative grant and partnership offered to a company that centers Black, Brown, and Queer artists.

SERIALS was originally created by Dominic Spillane and Stephen Stout and further developed by members of The Flea Theater's former resident artist companies.

The beloved late-night play competition is BACK, reclaimed, and newly imagined to prioritize BIPOC and Queer voices. For the first time since the show's conception, the artists will be paid for their work.

Rattlestick Playwrights Theater presents theaterjam3, a one-day festival featuring the work of many of the company's favorite playwrights, actors and directors. The brainchild of playwright Dael Orlandersmith, the all day event will take place at the Rattlestick Theater (224 Waverly Place - off Seventh Avenue South between West 11th & Perry Streets) on Sunday, March 11th. Doors will open at 1:30pm.
