The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center announces that iconic stage and film actress Judith Light will receive the 17th Monte Cristo Award. An alumna of the O'Neill, Judith first performed at the O'Neill's 1977 National Playwrights Conference.

TVGuide.com has confirmed that Broadway's Judith Light will be featured in a recurring role in the second season of TNT's DALLAS. According to the report, the actress will portray, 'an authoritative and controlling battle-ax who will fight to the death to protect the people she loves.'

According to TVLine.com, stage veteran Judith Light will guest star on TV Land's 'The Exes.'
The show is about 'Holly, a divorce attorney who ignores her own relationship issues by helping three divorced men get back on track. Holly also happens to live across the hall from the aforementioned trio, played by Donald Faison (Scrubs), Wayne Knight (Seinfeld) and David Alan Basche (The Starter Wife).' Light will play Holly's mother.

Broadway's Kathy Najimy will join the cast of ABC's 'Ugly Betty' for a guest starring role as Betty's orthodontist in an upcoming episode, TVGuide.com is reporting. Najimy will be looking to remove the title character's braces, in addition to playing a role in Betty's dreams as a guardian angel. The episode is set to air March 24th.
