Pulp Vérité, a new play by playwright Crystal Skillman will receive a 29-hour reading with the award-winning The Workshop Theater. The presentation will culminate in two readings on March 6th at 3 and 7 PM, at the A.R.T/NY studios (520 8th Avenue), in the Bruce Mitchell Room. The reading is free, and reservations can be made at www.workshoptheater.org.

The four readings will be presented between January and April of 2019 at A.R.T./New York's performance space in Manhattan. Pan Asian Repertory Theatre (Tisa Chang, Founding Artistic Producing Director), breaking new ground through a new educational initiative, launches its 42nd Season with the New York premiere of the play The Emperor's Nightingale, by Damon Chua (November 26 - December 16, 2018) and, with a prestigious grant and support from the National Endowment for the Arts, the World premiere of the new play The Brothers Paranormal by Prince Gomolvilas (April 27 - May 19, 2019) both to be presented at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street). The season will also include the staged reading series Two Faces of Chinese America, and the 2018 Golden Unicorn Gala set for Thursday, October 18, 2018.

TOSOS ("The Other Side of Silence") is dedicated to preserving the theatrical heritage of the LGBT community through the development of new plays by emerging artists as well as revivals of established works. Our productions honestly explore the unique LGBT experience and cultural sensibilities in a life-affirming and respectful way. TOSOS was originally formed in 1974 by playwright Doric Wilson. During its five-year existence, this first TOSOS featured new plays and revivals by playwrights from Brendan Behan and Noel Coward to Terrence McNally, Robert Patrick, Martin Sherman, and Lanford Wilson.
