BIO
An actor, martial artist and fight choreographer, Zach is proud to call Chicago home. Local credits include The Fair Maid of the West (Oak Park Festival Theatre,) Venus in Fur (Circle Theatre), Romeo & Juliet (First Folio Theatre), Midnight Cowboy, The Killer Angels (Lifeline Theatre), Soul Samurai, Fight Girl Battle World (Infusion Theatre), Zero (Oracle Productions), Heat Wave, She Kills Monsters (Cold Basement Dramatics, Buzz22 at Steppenwolf Garage Rep), The Beecher Sisters (Awkward Pause Theatre), A Klingon Christmas Carol, Bard Fiction (Commedia Beauregard), and Vacation (Area IV Theatre). Zach has also appeared in local indie features and shorts, including his own short CHARGER, a 6-minute long action film created with a single, unedited tracking shot. Zach holds two black belts, a B.A. in Theatre from James Madison University, and is represented by Grossman & Jack Talent.

Drawing inspiration from classic surreal, expressionist films by Ingmar Bergman and Jean Cocteau, Edward II will be live on Wednesday 9 June at 7pm BST, and available on catch-up thereafter. The Show Must Go Online's Month of Marlowe comes after the collective performed the entirety of William Shakespeare's First Folio in weekly livestreamed readings over 36 consecutive weeks last year.

Lifeline Theatre to Stage New Adaptation of MIDNIGHT COWBOY
Lifeline Theatre presents a world premiere adaptation of James Leo Herlihy's 1965 novel, Midnight Cowboy, adapted by Lifeline Theatre ensemble member Chris Hainsworth (2015 Non-Equity Jeff nomination: New Adaptation - Monstrous Regiment), and directed by Lifeline ensemble member Christopher M. Walsh. Joe Buck escapes his dead-end life in Texas and heads to New York City with dreams of making his fortune as a hustler for wealthy socialites. But his rugged cowboy persona masks the gullibility of a child, and Joe falls victim to all manner of con artists and predators. At the end of his rope, he partners with street-savvy Rico "Ratso" Rizzo in an alliance that could either save or destroy them both. A meditation on loneliness and the need to form real connections amidst the crushing isolation of 20th-century life. The production runs approximately two hours with one intermission. The book will be on sale in the lobby.
