The McCarthy-era drama, set in Puritan Salem, paints a portrait of a paranoid, litigious society power-hungry and gripped by misguided moralism and predicts, among many things, the era of Donald Trump. York U Dance Innovations Premieres 36 Works
Thirty-six new works will debut in Dance Innovations: Strong/Light, a choreographic showcase of York University's Department of Dance, running November 26 to 28. York's rising young dance artists step into the spotlight with three distinctive programs of original choreography, presented in the McLean Performance Studio, 244 Accolade East Building on York's Keele campus.
VH1 Save The Music Foundation Hosts Festival Today
Today, July 25th, VH1 and the VH1 Save The Music Foundation along with event chairs, Julie and William Macklowe, will bring a music festival vibe to the Hamptons to raise money for music education programs in public schools with an exclusive event. The event will take place at a private residence with a host committee including, Kelly Bensimon, Matt Breitenbach, Tom Calderone, Paul Cothran, Joseph & Mireya D'Angelo, Jeff Goldstein, Debra Halpert, Perez Hilton, Mark Mullett, Beth Orozco, Scott Rauch, Rosanna Scotto & Lou Ruggiero, Gordon & Jennifer Singer, Matt Speilman, Lisa Versacio and Samantha Yanks.
