Review: NUTCRACKER, London Coliseum
When I first saw The Nutcracker around a quarter of a century ago, I became sure of one thing: either I was on drugs, the cast were on drugs or we both were. A far cry from the average ballets, this dream-like work still has the power to enthral the young and old.

BWW Review: NUTCRACKER, London Coliseum
For many, it simply cannot be Christmas without Nutcracker. The enduring story of Clara and her beloved Nutcracker is one to soften the hardest of hearts. The pair defeat the evil Mouse King and his army and journey to the Kingdom Of The Sweets to meet the Sugar Plum Fairy for a magical adventure. English National Ballet present another Christmas revival of the Wayne Eagling version which both enchants and charms.

BWW Review: NUTCRACKER, London Coliseum
London is lucky enough to have three different productions of Nutcracker playing this year. With fabulous reviews for The Royal Ballet's immaculate version already in and anticipation for the Birmingham Royal Ballet's version at the Royal Albert Hall building, the English National Ballet's production of Nutcracker is under pressure to ooze with festive charm and beauty.
