Brought up-to-date in a bold reimagining, the company of actor-musicians will be directed by Paul Hart with Sarah Travis as co-orchestrator and musical supervisor and Charlie Ingles as co-orchestrator and musical director. Choreography will be by Tom Jackson Greaves.

The performance schedule is Monday at 7.30pm, Tuesday at 2.30pm, Wednesday at 7.30pm, Thursday at 2.30pm and 7.30pm, Friday at 7.30pm and Saturday at 2.30pm and 7.30pm.

Last night (23 February 2016) at the Aldwych Theatre the Olivier, Tony and Grammy award-winning Beautiful - The Carole King Musical celebrated its first birthday in the West End. Celebrations included marking the February birthdays of Carole King, Barry Mann and the late Gerry Goffin, as well as the 45th anniversary of when King's Grammy- award winning album Tapestry was released. Cassidy Janson has recently joined the West End production of Beautiful - The Carole King Musical to play the title role alongside Diane Keen as Genie Klein, King's mother. Alan Morrissey continues as King's husband and song-writing partner Gerry Goffin alongside Ian McIntosh as song-writer Barry Mann and Gary Trainor as music publisher and producer Don Kirshner. Lorna Want continues as song-writer Cynthia Weil, a role for which she won the 2015 Olivier for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Musical. Check out the new production shots below!

As much as revivals of the old greats are great, it's always exciting when a new piece of musical theatre premieres in London. While a play version of the script, also by Claudio Macor, was performed in 1992, the current run of The Tailor-Made Man at the Arts Theatre is the musical's first outing. It runs at the Arts Theatre until 6th April.

American actor, singer and improvisational comedian, Mike McShane will be joining the cast of the new musical, The Tailor-Made Man, when it opens at the Arts Theatre in London tonight, 21 February, previewing from 14 February. He will be playing the role of Louis B Mayer. Also in the cast will be Faye Tozer as Marion Davies and Dylan Turner as William Haines, along with Bradley Clarkson as Jimmy Shields, Michael Cotton, Kay Murphy, Matt Wilman, Lauren Grant, Vivien Carter, Holly Easterbrook and Edward French.
