PRIVATE PEACEFUL Comes To Nottingham Playhouse And Will Embark On Tour

Nottingham Playhouse has revealed the cast of upcoming wartime tale Private Peaceful. Including several actors from Nottinghamshire, it's a production that is set to transport families and schools back in time.

Production images are released today for the UK premiere of Hansol Jung's Wild Goose Dreams which marks the first of the three new premieres to open at the Ustinov Studio from Theatre Royal Bath Productions. Michael Boyd directs Hansol Jung's fascinating and unforgettable twenty-first century love story, Wild Goose Dreams which receives its UK premiere in the Ustinov Studio direct from an acclaimed off-Broadway run. The production stars Jessie Baek, Jon Chew, Rick Kiesewetter, London Kim, Vincent Lai, Chuja Seo, Momo Yeung and Crystal Yu.
Theatre Royal Bath Productions Announces Three UK Premieres At The Ustinov Studio

Theatre Royal Bath Productions today announces three new premieres to open at the Ustinov Studio including Hansol Jung's Wild Goose Dreams which premieres next month (21 November to 21 December) with opening night for press on 27 November, Will Eno's Drama Desk Award winning play The Realistic Joneses (6 February to 7 March), followed by the latest drama from emerging playwright Kate Attwell, Testmatch (2 April to 9 May 2020), in a co-production with English Touring Theatre.
Hampstead Theatre Announces Full Casting For THE KING OF HELL'S PALACE

Hampstead Theatre today announces the full casting for the world premiere of Frances Ya-Chu Cowhig's blazing thriller The King of Hell's Palace. Directed by Michael Boyd, this new play is based on the true story of a whistleblowing heroine and her extraordinary mission to expose a cover-up of epic proportions. The cast includes Aidan Cheng, Celeste Den, Tuyen Do, Christopher Goh, Togo Igawa, Vincent Lai, Kok-Hwa Lie and Millicent Wong.

Set in Japan and North Korea, Francis Turnly's epic new thriller is directed by Artistic Director of the Tricycle Theatre Indhu Rubasingham in a co-production with the Tricycle Theatre.

National Theatre Announces New Casting for Upcoming Season

New casting announced for the new National Theatre season. Full cast has been announced for Brian Friel's Translations including Colin Morgan and Ciaran Hinds, part of the Travelex season with thousands of tickets available at £15. Eric Kofi Abrefa and Thalissa Teixeira join Vanessa Kirby in the cast of Julie, part of the Travelex season with thousands of tickets available at £15. Sam Mendes directs The Lehman Trilogy, a co-production with Neal Street Productions, cast includes Adam Godley, Ben Miles and Simon Russell Beale. Full casting is announced for the award winning An Octoroon by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, transferring to the National Theatre in a co-production with the Orange Tree Theatre. The NT will tour to 30 venues in 27 towns and cities across the UK and Ireland, for a total of 83 playing weeks over the next year. Rufus Norris' Macbeth to tour to 18 venues across the UK and Ireland from autumn 2018. War Horse returns to the National Theatre marking the centenary of Armistice Day.

Rehearsals have started for The Great Wave, a co-production with the Tricycle Theatre. a new play by Francis Turnly. Previews from 10 March, press night 19 March, playing until 14 April at the Dorfman theatre.
