Ballet Meets Burlesque in Virtual SLUTCRACKER
The Slutcracker is a retelling of The Nutcracker, Tchaikovsky's famed 1890s ballet, “Casse Noisette”, or “The Nutcracker”, in fabulous feminist form. While the story has been altered to chronicle Clara's sexual empowerment, the original structure of the ballet has been well-preserved and remains true to its artistic integrity.

This iconic show will be brought to the Charleston Civic Center's Little Theatre by the talented cast and crew of the Charleston Light Opera Guild (CLOG) in late April and early May.
