Final Artists Confirmed For NORDIC STAGE: A Festival of New Scandinavian Theater
Nordic Stage will feature works from seven Scandinavian playwrights, including writers from The Bergman Studio & Dramaten/The Royal Dramatic Theatre in Sweden. The Festival's goal is to highlight the diversity of work being produced in Scandinavia today, featuring plays with a variety of genres, styles and subject matter.

T. Schreiber Theatre (TST) proudly presents 'The Fourth Annual Schreiber Shorts: An Evening of One Acts' January 25th and runs through February 11th. The 10-minute play series will feature works by 10 playwrights, selected from nearly 1000 submissions in a nationwide playwriting competition. Curated and produced by Halle Morse and Megan Grace, 'The Schreiber Shorts' marks the second production of TST' 2016-17 season. This evening of short works inspired by Strindberg's iconic Miss Julie is written by four exciting contemporary playwrights: Dominique Morisseau (Detroit '67), David Bar Katz (Tony nominee for Freak), Andreas Boonstra (winner of Sweden's Thaliapriset award) and Lina Ekdahl (winner of Sweden's Werner Aspenström Award). Directed by Henning Hegland and Alicia Dhyan House, previews begin tonight, September 2 at Off-Broadway's The Lion Theater at Theatre Row. Opening night is set for September 5.
