Tyler Gevas was born in California and raised in California and Florida. Some of his featured and lead roles are as Kurt Van Trapp in the upcoming THE SOUND OF MUSIC at The Asolo Rep, John Webster in SHAKSPEARE IN LOVE also at The Asolo Rep, Michael Hobbs in ELF, THE MUSICAL at Manatee Performing Arts Center. He is currently attending Booker High School Visual and Performing Arts Program majoring in Drama. He graduated Booker Middle School Visual and Performing Arts Program in 2019 where he majored in Advanced Drama and Musical Theater.

'Jersey Christmas' Re-Released in New Adult Choir Version & School Choir Version
Two new versions of the hit holiday pop classic JERSEY CHRISTMAS, written by Marlboro, NJ native and American Songwriting Award Winner Ben Rauch are being released to YouTube this week. An adult choir version of the song was released today, and a kids/teen choir version will also be released in the coming days.

Any time you go to see a classic piece of musical theatre your past experiences and schema come into play. Expectations are high (or low) based upon what you think you know about the show.
